Lifeguard Schedule
Starting Saturday, June 15, lakefront swim areas listed below will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Island Beach State Park is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.!

Wednesday - Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. .
🏊🏻♂️Cheesequake State Park
Wednesday - Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
🏊🏻♂️Hopatcong State Park
Wednesday - Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
🏊🏻♂️Island Beach State Park
Open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Wednesday - Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
🏊🏻♂️Round Valley Recreation Area
Wednesday - Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday - Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday - Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Please respect your state parks, forests and recreation areas.
Know before you go:
🏊🏻♂️Swimming is only permitted when lifeguards are on duty.
🔥Be prepared for the heat - bring extra water, a hat and umbrella for unshaded areas.
✅Keep it Clean and Green! Protect plants and animals and care for your state parks by taking your trash with you. Whatever you carry into the park, plan on carrying it out too.
💩Clean up after your pet.
🌊Any lifejackets used in our swimming areas must be US Coast Guard approved.
