The Ampersand Inn Seeks a Few Good Businesses to

“Do Good & Do Well!” in February 2026!

The Ampersand Inn has designated February as “Love Your Local Non-Profit Month,” in order to raise $20,000 for the hardworking organizations that support our community. We are giving away our rooms for FREE for ALL of FEBRUARY to guests who donate $100/night (2 night minimum on Fri/Sat and $200/night on Valentine’s Weekend and Super Bowl Sunday) to a Sussex County Non-Profit (see attached list). Yes, you read this correctly: The Ampersand will not generate any revenue in February 2026.  The attached flyer has been circulated on our social media, to our guests, and to 50+ Sussex County participating non-profits.

As an integral member of the Sussex County business community, we are asking you to contribute $300 to this fundraising effort so we can double our impact.

To do so, please:

1.     select one or more of the participating Sussex County non-profits and donate $300 (or more); you can donate the $300 or one organization or split your donations among several;

2.     send a copy of your donation receipt(s) to connect@ampersandinn.com so we have a record of both business donor and non-profit recipient.

We will be featuring contributing businesses in our communication with non-profits, local news publications, Ampersand guests via our newsletter, and on Inn signage during January and February. 

We hope that you will partner with us to “Do well & Do good” by filling rooms & filling the needs of the non-profits that make such a powerful impact on our community.
