Fishing Report 4/26/21

Eddie Robillard weighed in with some nice hybrids, hitting the scales at 8 lbs. and 8 lb. 13 oz.

Despite the cooler temps this past week there were many walleye caught. The season for them will open again on May 1. The fish are up shallow and hitting stickbaits and swimbaits.

Crappie continue to be caught, using small shiners and fathead minnows, along with small rubber jigs under a bobber. The first reported Muskie was caught this week measuring in at 48 inches.

The Knee Deep Club will be holding their Panfish challenge on Sunday May 2nd between 5AM to 4 PM. It is a points based contest for the following panfish, including Sunfish, Rock Bass, yellow and white Perch and crappie.

Cash prizes will be based on an 80% payback of entry fees.
