Welsh catches Knee Deep Club record catfish
On Tuesday, Noverber 8 2011 club member Jim Welsh set a new club record for Channel Catfish. The fish weighed in at 20lbs 1oz was 36 inches long and had a girth of 20 inches. Jim's fish was 2lbs larger than the previous record. Jim was jigging a Heddon Sonar blade bait off Pickerel Point when the fish hit. Below photo is of Jim and the new club record Channel Catfish. The fish was released.
