Cartoons lead the night before the feature movie, “Rio.”

 

Friday July 6, at 8.pm the Mount Arlington Board of Recreation Commission presented the first in a series of free summer family movie nights at the Fireman's Field at 1 Altenbrand Ave. The gates opened at 7:00. There was plenty of lawn seating, lots of room for the kids to run around and best of all, free popcorn. Friday night's feature was "Rio" - a big hit with the little ones. Hot dogs, drinks and other snacks were available at the concession stand which was run by volunteers. 

 

Everyone is welcome - be sure to put  the next three Family Movie Nights on your summer calendar. Join your friends and neighbors under the stars for an evening of fun and entertainment. Upcoming movies will be  - "How to Train your Dragon", Friday July 20th, "Happy Feet 2",  Friday August 3rd,  and "Cars 2" , Friday August 17th,
